In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. UnitPortables.com cannot warrant that the content of UnitPortables.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. UnitPortables.com may at any time change the content of the site. Though UnitPortabels.com strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. Payment & prices
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %.
Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the UnitPortables.com shipping charge table. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. UnitPortables.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Exchanges & refunds
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. UnitPortables.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to UnitPortables.com. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, UnitPortables.com will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Also outbound shipping cost will be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Sale
The same policy as above applies during sales periods, except that UnitPortables.com will not allow exchanges.
Uncollected items
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
Violation of rules
UnitPortables.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Force majeure
In case of Force Majeure, UnitPortables.com obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and UnitPortables.com can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by UnitPortables.com. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
UnitPortables.com will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Governing law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
